1) Palm Beach, Florida goes Green...
This beautiful Sustainable home chose Avonite for its surfacing solutions, The Kitchen was done with the "COZUMEL" color which is from Avonite's Recycled Collection, the color has 40% recycled content
and is SCS Certified as well as FDA and NSF approved...the Full Backsplash was designed with a White Avonite strip to blend to match the Island backsplash.
The Girls bathrooms were done with the "CAT-EYE" color to match the recycled tiles. Cat-Eye is not a recycled product, it was chosen because it meets all the requirements of GREENGAURD certification for Indoor Air Quality. (Avonite's has Greengaurd certification pending)
The MSDS on Avonite material's sanitary testing proved above the satisfactory rating as well as Care and Maintenance is why this color was chosen.

6) Healthy Homes Cabinet Display
Here we made this display cabinet with Avonite's Recycled Colors. The cabinet is "White Sands" and the top is an "Crater".

7) The State of Florida goes GREEN... we all know how our Governor Charlie Christ is all for helping Florida go Green.
It's refreshing to see how our Florida Courthouses are starting to go Green by choosing to use Avonite's Recycled Collection "Crater" color to make a sustainable statement for the State Seal...

8) LEED for Homes~ USGBC Gold Certified
Refresh Interiors, Inc. was chosen to fabricate and install countertops
that would help contribute to the LEED for Homes point system.
The home has been certified "Gold "by the USGBC... we used EnviroGlas recycled glass countertops to help us obtain as many LEED points as possible for the Homeowner and Builder....

This homeowner had a very friendly pet, that was very rare for me to see...a Wallaby
Miss Wallaby likes Paperstone so much, she wants us to put more Paerstone in her little home...hehehehehehe

11) The Famous Avonite Cozumel Countertops with Grout & Mirror Chips inlaid in the countertops (St. Petersburg, Florida)
The design for this kitchen countertop was somewhat of a challenge,
We had to make sure we can create a countertop that would match the Blue grout that was used for their Tile backsplash.
The material we used was from Avonite's Recycled Collection, The color picked was "Cozumel"..although Cozumel has various shades of blue glass chips it didn't quite match the grout.
Through some lengthy ideas and discussion we came up with the idea of using the leftover tile grout and then we added mirror chips to the grout for a jazzy looking inlay border around the countertop...
When the homeowner is finished with doing the cabinetwork, we will then show off the completed kitchen pictures.
